Great place to stay! If the place is open next time we come to STL, we will rent it!

This place was beautiful decorated and very clean, this was a perfect place to stay, especially for events hosted at the dome. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was spotless, easy to access, and perfectly located — right off the highway and close to everything I needed. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, and the bathroom was definitely one of my favorite parts. Everything was smooth, peaceful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. I will definitely be booking again!

The place was just what we needed. A full size loft all to ourselves. A good handful of nightlife places to attend within walking distance of the unit. The ease of getting in and out was superb as there was no limit to the times within which we could come and go. The key fob for entry worked well but use it on the door, NOT on the shiny bright touchscreen displays near the door. An understandable mistake. The cleanliness was indeed just as advertised as well. Nice wide hallways too for hauling your belongings. Parking was, interesting. It’s the inner city so getting a street spot at a meter can sometimes be a challenge. The alley would have spots on occasion but be warned after a certain time the street in front of the building (Washington) is blocked off by security for I'm guessing one of the night clubs. They do have garage parking but the spots are undersized and recommend sedans or compact cars only. No SUV’s. All in all great place and great host. Enjoy STL!

Great stay. Close to a lot of choices of entertainment and food. We'll be back eventually. Brandon recognized a few things about our situation and made decisions without being asked. Made a big impact on who we were dealing with. Great guy.

We stayed here for a local weekend getaway and absolutely loved it! The building the loft is in is extremely private and quiet, and the location makes it very easy to get around the city. The loft is spacious, and the amenities provided were great. Thank you!

I had a great time. Perfect for a weekend getaway packed with a little at home fun. Great area with restaurants and everything you need close by. Get the parking it’s worth it. I decided to make this a yearly getaway. Host was very responsive and hospitable.

Overall the unit is good, it is exactly as it looks. The cleanliness is slightly questionable, but not terrible. Parking was non-existent, we did have to pay for street parking during our stay. The check in process of meeting the host in person for a key is a little strange and inconvenient, but again, nothing terrible. I would say all of the that is minor, and I would stay again, the unit is good for an adult getaway.

The check-in process was a little different than expected. Be sure to plan time to meet for the keys! But it was completely worth it. Beautiful place and perfect location.

Place was exactly as described. It was very clean when we arrived. It was obvious the owner took the time to prepare the space beforehand so it was already a comfortable temperature, and had a nice scent throughout. The area is definitely a busy downtown area which could really only be noticed while on the balcony, but lots of little shops within walking distance made getting food and evening drinks easy.

Wow, just wow! This place was EVERYTHING and more. My partner and I had such an amazing time—we honestly did not want to leave. The vibes were perfect from start to finish. The sound system was on point, the dartboard kept us entertained, and that pole in the living room… let’s just say it set the mood for plenty of fun! And the adult room? OMG—unforgettable. A time was definitely had! We’re already planning our next trip back because once just isn’t enough.

alot of relationships fail do to not being fun spontaneous. this is the perfect spot to bring ya relationship privately back to on point. set it right off. ill be back multiple times before the year is over. yall should do the same.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful our entire stay and the loft was just like the listing. The space was spotless when we arrived, amenities like the rooftop view were one of our favorite parts and it overall was an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this stay was incredible! Will be staying again

The only complaint I have was the check in process. The instruction of how and where to check in was a bit frustrating. Host was trying to call, but never said they would contact me via phone. Parking one the basement was extremely tight, take a small car if you visit the location. Glad I answered the random number after a few calls. The rest of the stay was awesome! Very nice place, very clean, we really enjoyed our selves. We will visit again.

I have to say this place is a hidden gem! Really felt like home! It was beautifully furnished, spotless, and surrounded by plenty of things to do whether you enjoy the nightlife or like to get out early! The host was easy to contact and always responsive! My partner and I plan to go back regularly! It’s a 10/10.

The place was great! Highly recommended space. We had a great time! Only thing is we wish we had a chair to sit in outside on the patio.

The property was private access. Lots of bars within walking distance, hole in the wall eats around the neighborhood. This stay was an experience! It has a balcony & rooftop access. The shower & extra amenities were very nice. It was certainly our pleasure.
